Digital Products - Digital products are delivered electronically and are non-refundable once accessed or downloaded.

Payment - Orders are processed securely through Stripe. Neuroaestheticus does not store or have access to your full payment details.

Returns and Refunds
As all physical products are made to order, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or ordering errors.If your order arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and clear photographic evidence of the issue. Where a genuine fault is confirmed, we will offer a replacement or refund at your choice.
We are not responsible for delays or errors caused by third-party fulfilment partners or carriers, but we will work with you to resolve any issues.

Order Cancellation - Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement. After this window, production may have commenced and cancellation may not be possible. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel.
